Colour added to Famous Old Black and White Photographs

Have you ever imagined,how old black and white photographs would look like if transformed into high resolution coloured versions by adding colour.I think coloured versions of old photographs would look quite amazing and more realistic than the original black and white photographs.This is what Swedish artist Sanna Dallaway has done.She is engaged with the business of colourising and restoring the black and white photographs.She is also maintaining her official website.On her Flicker site,she says"I take coloured photographs.If I stumble upon colourless photographs,I colour them".A collection of photographs,which Sanna Dallway has colourised,is shown below along with their original balck and white versions:
