Some Simple Tips to Live Longer
Here are some simple tips that can help us live longer:
- Take a deep belly breath three to five minutes twice a day.
- Don't eat three hours before going to bed.
- Sit in silenece for at least ten minutes every day.
- If you are stressed,don't try to manage it.Instead take time off and relax.Come back after you are feeling refreshed.Trying to manage a problem when you are stressed only adds to agony.It will help you tackle the problem in a more constructive way.
- Protect your heart.Cook in coconut oil as it is stable at high temperature and protects our heart.
- Sleep on the right side of your body as it takes the pressure off your heart.
