Here are some simple tips that can help us live longer:
- Take a deep belly breath three to five minutes twice a day.

- Feel the world with your toes by walking barefoot in nature.Walking barefoot on the green grass a few minutes every day relaxes one's mind and rejuvenates senses.
- Wash your hands with soap and keep them neat and clean.While washing your hands with soap rub your hands ten to fifteen minutes with soap to produce lather.
- Take honey to build and strengthen your immune system.Honey contains a very amount of antioxidant and anti-bacterial substances to strengthen our immune system and helps reverse side effects due to normal intake of sugar.
- Take care of your teeth.Floss and brush your teeth at least twice a day everyday.

- Eat foods with bright rich colors.Bright colored fruit and vegetables are full of nutrients essential for your body.
- Drink green tea at least twice a day.It is good for boosting metabolism and reducing weight.
