It is not  in fact an island; Mabali Island is actually the name of the resort which is located at the bank of Khanpur dam lake. 

It has a well maintained restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining facilities. Food quality that is served here is good. However, service quality is not very good; it is rather average as compared with high cost and stupendous charges. It's rather an unreasonably expensive facility. So value in return for money is rather poor.
